BUILD

Nutrient dense, complete meals that support muscle building.  Balance of protein/complex carbs/veggies. Generally 450-525 cal.

FLEX

Good clean food for those who also like to mix it up, or carb cycle. A mix of both ‘Lean’ and ‘Build’.
