Remember, our prepared meals and bulk by-the-pound food is already cooked. You can use a microwave, stove-top or conventional oven to reheat, but always keep in mind you just want to heat it through. Any more than that and you run the risk of overcooking.
Microwave: Heat on high for 1 minute, then in 20 second intervals until heated through.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Transfer food from FITfood container to an oven safe pan. Heat for 12-14 minutes, or until heated thoroughly.
